2639 DUNDAS STREET WEST ZONING AMENDMENT

The Preliminary Staff Report for 2639 Dundas Street West Zoning Amendment Application will be reviewed at the Toronto East York Community Council onFebruary 21, 2018. http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/ viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item= 2018.TE30.40 .
This application proposes an 8-storey (26.9 metres, including mechanical penthouse) residential building at 2639 Dundas Street West. The proposed development includes 110 units within 8,680 square metres of residential gross floor area. A total of 47 vehicle parking spaces and 178 bicycle parking spaces will be provided within two levels of underground parking accessed from Dundas Street West.

AFRICAN HERITAGE MONTH - PARENT OPPORTUNITY
February is African Heritage Month. It is an occasion to recognize and celebrate the many achievements and contributions of Peoples of African Descent to Canada and the world. During the month of February 2018, the Toronto District School Board will hold a variety of events to celebrate the rich heritage of the people and nations of Africa and the African Diaspora.
On behalf of the African Heritage Month Committee, all parents of African Descent are invited to an event called, “#thetalk”. Details are attached and noted below:
