COMPOST PICK UP REMINDER

Friends,

On April 28th, 2018, free compost will be available at Indian Road Crescent Junior Public School's parking lot at the north side of the building. The school is located at 285 Indian Road Crescent. Compost will be available starting at 10:00 am, until supplies last. Please bring your own shovels and containers.

ENVIRONMENT AND COMPOST PICK UP - APRIL 28th

Mark your calendars!

Saturday, April 28th, 2018, from 10am – 2pm, come out to Sorauren Park along Wabash Ave, south of Dundas Street West to celebrate our annual Environment Day.

At 10am, compost will be available to pick up, free of charge and while supplies last, at 2 locations – Sorauren Park and 285 Indian Rd. Crescent.

CITY OF TORONTO BUDGET MEETING - GORD PERKS AND SARAH DOUCETTE


To help promote understanding and transparency about the City of Toronto’s 2017 Budget process Gord Perks and Sarah Doucette will be holding a public meeting to discuss the City's Long-Term Financial Plan and the 2017 budget. This evening is an opportunity have a conversation about how we raise revenue, how we manage our finances, and how we invest in our City. This will be a joint meeting between Ward 13 Councillor Sarah Doucette and Gord Perks, but is open to anyone interested.

MARCH BREAK SKATE INFO from GORD PERKS

Families are invited for free skating sessions at Ricoh Coliseum, March 16 to 19 from 12:30 to 4 p.m 
You will need your own skating gear, as Ricoh Coliseum does not rent equipment.
Children 12 years and under are required to wear a CSA-approved helmet. Family skate sessions are first-come, first-served. No more than 250 people are permitted on the ice at any time.
A liability waiver will be available at the Coliseum and must be signed upon entry by a parent or caregiver 18 years or older. The entrance is next to the Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place, off Nunavut Road. More information is available by calling 311.
